SenderID Registration

A sender ID is the name that is displayed when your recipients receive your message. The sender ID management is a tool used to manage the messages sent on the platform. All sender IDs need to be registered on the platform to increase the possibility of messages being received by the recipients. Please note that some sender IDs have already been registered, you will need to test your sender ID to confirm if it has been registered or not.

Here are the things you need to do before you send messages:

•  Send the message with your sender ID to your phone number (or a few other numbers) to confirm delivery, if the message gets delivered, the sender ID has been registered.

• If your message did not get delivered, the sender ID has not been registered or it’s a new sender ID. Kindly fill the sender ID form to register. Your SenderID should be registred 48 hours before sending the messages so we can send it to the service providers for registration.
